Thinking about going on the South Beach diet and was wondering how well it worked. I really dont want to go on weight watchers and worry about adding up points and stuff since I dont have that much time,even though its summer. Thanx
Oh, and soccers starting up in a week or so, so I will be doing a lot of running and exercises {well, up into october when it ends}.

    It works best if you exercise. But other than that it is actually very good

    It works really well and it works better if you exersice with it. I lost about 17lbs but if you go off it and its not a life style change you will gain it back trust me i did and now im starting it again.

    It works well, but, its really not a healthy long-term diet.

    Its good to just lose more weight for a week or two, but use it longer than that and it will cause malnourishment.

    Its better to stay active (like when soccer starts) and just eat smarter.
