I am looking for things creative and that I can prepare ahead of time and take later in the day.

Cheddar Cheese Kabob

Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 5 min
Makes: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

* 1 oz. CRACKER BARREL 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
* 2 cherry tomatoes
* 1 small wedge green pepper

DIRECTIONS
Cut 2 (1/4-inch-thick) slices from block of CRACKER BARREL 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, then cut each slice diagonally in half to make 4 triangles.

Insert cheese pieces on small bamboo skewer alternately with 2 cherry or grape tomatoes and 1 small green pepper chunk.

Total Time: 25 min
Makes: 12 servings, about 1/4 cup each

INGREDIENTS

* 1 egg white
* grated peel from 1 medium orange (about 2 Tbsp.)
* grated peel from 1 medium lemon (about 2 tsp.)
* 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1 can (11.5 oz.) PLANTERS Mixed Nuts
* 1 Tbsp. granular no calorie sweetener

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat egg white in medium bowl with orange peel, lemon peel and cinnamon until frothy. Stir in nuts until evenly coated.

Spread into lightly greased 15×10x1-inch baking pan.

Bake 20 minutes or until nuts are dry and lightly toasted. Sprinkle with sweetener; toss lightly. Cool. Store in airtight container at room temperature.

After grating the orange and lemon peel, place the remaining fruit in a resealable plastic bag or wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator for up to 2 days. Use the juice to add flavor to fruit drinks, marinades or fruit smoothies.

Prepare as directed, using PLANTERS Unsalted Mixed Nuts or Cashews.

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 3 hr 10 min
Makes: About 2-1/2 cups or 20 servings, 2 Tbsp. each

INGREDIENTS

* 1 container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
* 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
* 1/4 cup SOUTH BEACH DIET™ Italian Dressing
* 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
* 1 medium plum tomato, chopped
* 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pitted ripe olives

DIRECTIONS
Mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and Italian dressing until well blended.

Spread into 10-inch pie plate; top with remaining ingredients. Cover.

Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Store leftover spread in refrigerator.

I follow healthy choices. Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
Nothing beats healthy eating.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Eat your
Protein from (lean chicken, fish, egg-whites and beans)
Carbs from fruits and vegetables
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
