does 7-dfbx really work?

so it was among the top 10 diet pills this one seemed to be the only all natural diet pill so i ordered 1 bottle people were saying they had wonderful results loosing 7+pounds a week…i wanted to know if anyone on here has ever used them and if so what were your results???

please no answers like diet and excersise i will be dieting and exercising still i just would love to drop 30lbs by may 7th my bday

All diet pills has different effects on people, what might work for some it may to work for you. And loosing 7 pound a week is not healthy in the first place. The normal is 1-2 pounds a week and if you stay on track you won't gain the weight as fast as if you we're loosing 10 lbs a week. And remember diet pills even if it says "Natural" it can also have side effects in the short or long run. So be careful!

How do I get in tip top shape (abs and all) in one summer (10 points to best!)?

I am about 140 lbs and 5'8''. I have a pretty athletic body type although I am not very muscular at the moment. I would just like an exercise regimin that I can follow this summer (daily even) and possibly a diet plan. I am willing to go all out, and I don't care how hard it is. It is June 4, and I have about 2.5 months. ANY advice would be greatly appriciated!

Everybody has a six-pack…However, often times, a layer of flab is covering your stomach muscles…In order to visibly see your ab muscles, you must get your body-fat percentage down to about 16% or less (for women), and 10% or less (for men)…The only way to do this…is by combining a healthy, low-fat diet that is high in fiber, fresh fruit, vegetables, lean proteins, & whole grains…Be sure to limit (or avoid) sugary sodas, candy, and coffee drinks…Too much sugar can make it impossible for you to get into shape! Drink at least 8-8 ounce cups of water a day…As far as calories & fat go…Try to stick to about 1,200 calories per day…If you're very physically active during the day–you may wanna consume more than that, about 1,400 -1,500 calories a day…And try not to exceed 25 grams of fat per day (for women), for men–40 grams…

Secondly, exercise will help you lose fat…While spot-reduction is a myth…You can lose fat by doing cardio, which will accelerate your heart rate to a fat-burning pace…You should do about one hour of cardio a day–such as: jogging, aerobics, step-aerobics, stair climbing, jumping rope, swimming, power walking, sports, and kickboxing (ie: Taebo)…Also do total body core & abdominal training exercises…For example, do:
*For the Core, do 2 sets of 10-15 each:
Squats
Lunges
Pushups

*For the Abs, do 2 sets of 10-15 each of the following:
Crunches
Crossover Crunches
Reverse Crunches
Oblique Crunches
Bicycle Crunches

We all know ignorance is bliss right, but give me your top 10 tips for staying happy in the life we live in.

Include your diet and exercise regimes?
Include the company you keep?
Include the thought that go through you?
Include the job you have?
include your hobbies?
Include the books you read?
Include the little tiny things that only you notice that make you happy, wether it be a random act of kindness off one human being to another or that little kiss your partner gives you before you both go to bed.
Include what you do in your general daily life that sustains you?

Really think about this :) Or give a 10 word answer, whatever makes YOU happy!

I eat what makes me happy such as : sugar and more sugar.
I walk with my puppy, I go up and down stairs.
I keep very interesting, unique people as company. I enjoy people who are outcasts. I find them very interesting and nice.
The thought that goes through me? Normally I am thinking I am hungry.
I have no job.
I love books that are disturbing and thought provoking.
I notice when I feel my face and realize I am alive. That makes me happy.
I drink and eat a lot. I do not diet.
